At Zee Maui Tea LLC, we take pride in the quality of our tea products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email us at care@zeemauitea.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund amount will include the cost of the product but not the original shipping charges (if any).
- Processing time for refunds is typically 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
- Please provide photos of damaged items to expedite the process.
5. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped.
